With an 11+ year relationship + a LOT of life experience, we’ve grown stronger together + far beyond the dreams we set as that young-in-love couple so many years ago.

When we’re not playing with our young children, rescuing animals, renovating fixer-uppers + adventuring around the world, we’re experimenting with the latest holistic wellness trends + tweaking our plant-based recipes in our meal planning spreadsheets.
