I'm full-time, hands-on engaged. But I'm also earning a paycheck passively through online business. What would happen if more corporate businesses ack What would happen if more corporate businesses acknowledged that supporting parents would ultimately support their bottom-lines?⠀ .⠀ We'd see:⠀ 👉🏻 flexible schedules⠀ 👉🏼 longer parental leaves⠀ 👉🏽 work-from-home operations⠀ 👉🏾 benefits coverage for wellness⠀ 👉🏿 creative solutions welcomed... + more.⠀ .⠀ Because when we support parents to move with the biological demands of their own bodies + babies, we free up the added stress, anxiety, overwhelm + disconnect that then translates into unproductive business.⠀ .⠀ 👉🏼 We start seeing empowered parents making informed choices, getting the "right" work done in a way that feels good to them + actually saving money by investing in preventive care (stopping sickness before it starts) over expensive coverage for acute care (treating an illness or injury once it happens).⠀ .⠀ We'd also see healthy, thriving families — children with secure attachment bonds to their parents, deep trust + strong communication, healthier birth outcomes, improved academic success... the list goes on.⠀ .⠀ 👉🏽 And frustrated parents are catching on that — especially in these uncertain times — "something's gotta give" when it comes to building a healthy family foundation + earning the paycheck that supports it. ⠀ .⠀ So, what's the solution? ⠀ .⠀ 👉🏾 Entrepreneurship.
