If you are full-time working parents, then outsourcing childcare can make perfect sense. Hiring childcare, however, isn’t the only option out there.

While completely logical in theory + well-working for many families, hiring a babysitter is not the path we chose to take as parent entrepreneurs who work-from-home. In our family, Courtney is the full-time homemaker + caregiver, while being a business-owner.

In this episode, Courtney is going solo in sharing why we decided to NOT hire a babysitter.
